THE MEMBERSHIP

Concierge care means your doctor actually knows you, and because knowing you is my priority, I have a limited number of patients.
As a patient, you can reach me directly anytime and I answer personally. I treat what's bothering you now, coordinate with your other doctors, and stay invested in where your health is headed. Visits are unlimited in number and length.
My goal is for you to feel truly taken care of in midlife.

It depends. For many patients, I serve as their primary care provider. For those with complicated medical histories, I ask that you maintain a relationship with a great primary care provider. I’m happy to collaborate with your medical team.

Your annual membership covers my time, my attention, and the coordination of your care, including:
Perimenopause and menopause management with hormone therapy
Thyroid, metabolic, and weight support
Preventive midlife screening and counseling
Annual gynecologic exams and Pap smears, in person by appointment in and around Dallas and Fort Worth
Sexual health evaluation and counseling
Coordination with your other doctors in oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and mental health

To keep you safe and fully supported, membership does not replace a few things: emergency or urgent care (always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for those), obstetric or prenatal care, primary care, or hospital care.

It’s simple. Go to the Founding Membership module (above), you complete the input form, sign your membership agreement, and you place a card on file with your $1,000 founding deposit. Your care begins December 1, 2026, and nothing beyond the deposit is charged before then.

Of course. If membership is not right for you within the first 90 days of your membership year, I will refund your annual fee for the unused portion, minus the founding deposit. After 90 days, the annual fee is not refundable.
Your membership also never renews automatically, so each year continues only when you choose. And whenever you leave, I will see you through a smooth transition with pending results, records transfer, and a short prescription bridge.Item description
COSTS & PAYMENT

A Founding Membership is $6,000 per year. Reserve your place with a $1,000 deposit (non refundable, applied to your first year); the $5,000 balance is charged when care begins December 1, 2026. Founding Members also keep this rate locked for 2 years.

I do not bill insurance, and I am not contracted with any commercial plan, Medicare, or Medicaid. That is a deliberate choice, and it is what lets me give you my full time and attention instead of answering to an insurer.
I do recommend keeping active health insurance, though. It covers everything outside our membership: emergencies and hospital care, labs and imaging, prescriptions, and other specialists. Those outside costs are billed to you directly by those providers, so think of us as a team. I am your dedicated physician, and your insurance protects you everywhere else.

Just ask, and I will provide an itemized receipt, called a superbill, that you are welcome to submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA. Whether it is reimbursed depends on your individual plan, so I cannot promise an outcome, but I am glad to give you everything you need to try.

Yes, absolutely. I don't bill any insurance, and Medicare is no exception, so your membership works exactly like everyone else's: you pay for your care directly.
Federal rules do require that you and I sign a short agreement confirming you understand Medicare won't be billed and won't reimburse you for my care. It takes two minutes and happens alongside your membership agreement.
Finally, please keep your Medicare coverage overall. Regardless of your membership status with my practice, Medicare works for many other needs like hospital care, labs, imaging, prescriptions, and your other doctors.
THE CARE

As often as your care calls for. There is no cap on how frequently we connect or how long we take.
Visits happen by secure video on your schedule.
For your annual gynecologic exam, Pap smear, or if you just prefer to meet in person, we can meet at my office.

Directly, through secure messaging. When something comes up, you are messaging me, not a call center or a phone tree. For non urgent notes, you can expect a reply within about two business days.
Because this is a solo practice, I do not offer 24/7 or after hours coverage, so anything urgent or an emergency should go to 911 or your nearest emergency department.
As a founding member, your rate stays locked for 2 years, a thank you for helping build this practice from the ground up.
