My practice is small on purpose, so I can know every patient well. As a member, you can reach me directly, see me as often as your care calls for, and count on me to work with your other doctors.

The Cost

Membership is $7,500 a year.

One annual fee covers unlimited visits, direct messaging and care built around you.

You can pay $7,500 in full, or in four quarterly payments of $2,062.50 ($8,250 a year).

I don't bill insurance, but I'm glad to provide a superbill for your HSA or FSA.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Membership is $7,500 a year, paid in full when you join, or four quarterly payments of $2,062.50 ($8,250 a year). Either way, your membership year starts the day you sign up. I don't bill insurance, but I'm glad to provide an itemized receipt (a superbill) you can submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA.

  • Of course. If membership isn't right for you within the first 90 days of your membership year, I'll refund the unused portion of what you've paid, and any remaining quarterly payments are canceled. After 90 days, fees are not refundable. Your membership never renews automatically, so each year continues only when you choose. And whenever you leave, I'll see you through a smooth transition with pending results, records transfer, and a short prescription bridge.

  • Your annual membership covers my time, my attention, and the coordination of your care, including:

    • Perimenopause and menopause management with hormone therapy

    • Thyroid, metabolic, and weight support

    • Preventive midlife screening and counseling

    • Annual gynecologic exams and Pap smears, in person by appointment in and around Dallas and Fort Worth

    • Sexual health evaluation and counseling

    • Coordination with your other doctors in oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and mental health

  • I do not bill insurance, and I am not contracted with any commercial plan, Medicare, or Medicaid. That is a deliberate choice, and it is what lets me give you my full time and attention. I do recommend keeping active health insurance, though. It covers everything outside our membership: emergencies and hospital care, labs and imaging, prescriptions, and other specialists. Those outside costs are billed to you directly by those providers, so think of us as a team. I am your dedicated physician, and your insurance protects you everywhere else.
